This Organization Policy is created to inform you about the practices and principles of Kleoverse (”we”, “us”, “our”) related to the services we are providing. This document applies to kleoverse.com, its subpages and subdomains, as well as all communication and activity on Kleoverse’s social media accounts and community platforms. This Organization Policy complements our Privacy Policy and is targeted to all organizations that have a profile and/or have posted bounties or other working opportunities to our platform (referred as “you” or “organization”).
About the service
Kleoverse operates a web platform which, among other things, helps web3 organizations to hire and promote themselves to new employees. Our Proof-of-Talent protocol helps individuals to mint Polygon-based non-transferrable NFTs to verify their skills and store achievements in a permissionless, blockchain-verified way (”Protocol”). The Protocol runs below the currently existing web platform, Kleoverse’s main user interface (”UI”).
Posting Restrictions
All organizations can apply to have their profile listed and/or projects added to the UI.
All profile submissions and job listing of new organizations will in general be accepted to the UI. However, organizations operating in, promoting or closely related to the following fields will be banned or not to be added in the first place:
- Alcohol, drugs, tobacco
- Violence, guns
- Sex and other explicit content
- Human rights violations and extremist movements
- Harassment, racism, discrimination and all related idiotic behavior
- Market manipulation, financial scamming and other unethical or financially detrimental behavior
Kleoverse reserves all rights to modify this list at any time if deemed necessary.
We don’t have a control over which DAOs interact with the Protocol. Yet, this Organization Policy will remain in place for the users of the UI: using Protocol does not guarantee your organization will be added to the UI if it violates this Policy.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all of its terms and conditions. By using our services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use the services.
