Kleoverse Update, 10/2022

Kleoverse is building the Web3 Talent Platform with Proof-of-Talent to help builders verify skills on-chain, build web3 portfolios, and find web3 jobs, as well as web3 companies hire developers and other builders. Proof-of-Talent protocol was publicly launched on October in Twitter, Mirror, and Product Hunt, supported by a Twitter Spaces with leaders across Web3. For the launch, we shipped multiple important product updates: 3 new Skill Scores and 10 other new credentials, the first tutorial-based credentials, and completely revised badge minting flow.

In addition, we released re-designed Kleoverse Portfolios – the most relevant and actionable resume of any web3 builder, making talent signaling and discovery frictionless based on Proof-of-Talent and other on and off-chain achievements.

At the end of the month, the whole team gathered to Lisbon to our second, 2-week-long offsite 💚

  • Continuous, smaller launches provide higher total ROI than massive, one-off events
  • Team-building is incredibly important – yet easily overlooked in remote environment
  • Hackathons are a great way for learning and quickly iterating proof-of-concepts – while bonding with the team
