During July, we built multiple major improvements in our product, finalizing our bounty operating toolkit and starting to develop contributor profiles and Proof-of-Talent.
We have shipped our own credentialing – based on completed Bounties – and the first version of the profiles. We are now building
the most actionable web3-native resume for proving your talent and finding relevant work – either bounties or full-time jobs (shipped recently). We will continue building Proof-of-Talent and profiles rapidly, with a goal of announcing them publicly within a month.
We ran a 2-week-long referral campaign during the month, driving rapid monthly user growth (+40% MoM). We also engaged with various communities and kickstarted our State of Web3 Talent Discovery research that we aim at publishing later this year.

Learnings of July
- The role of bounties is limited within DAOs – more and more DAOs are employing full-time contributors for getting things done efficiently
- Leveraging the power of communities is the most effective means of growth and generating insights – as shown e.g. by the success of our referral campaign
- Putting together the State of Web3 Talent Discovery research gives us a constant stream of learnings related to talent-related challenges in DAOs and Web3 companies
- Intros to Web3 companies or DAOs that could benefit from our talent discovery with Proof-of-Talent
