Kleoverse is building the Web3 Talent Platform with Proof-of-Talent to help builders verify skills on-chain, build web3 portfolios, and find web3 jobs, as well as web3 companies hire developers and other builders. Foreword

February was a month of building. We increased the team size to 9 people (8.5 FTE) and ramped up our product development and marketing processes. We prepared for launching a rebuilt version of our platform (done on 10 March) and minting our Genesis Member NFTs (done on 17-18 March).

Highlights of Feb

  • Rebuilt version of our platform designed and built
  • Team getting up to speed
  • Early signs about strong user interest to high-quality bounties (case examples Aragon and Idle DAO)
  • ETHDenver was a blast, plenty of promising relationships formed

Learnings of Feb

  • Full-time Blockchain Developer still missing from the team
  • Linear user growth
  • Too little external action in both product and community sides – more to come in the upcoming months
