Kleoverse is building the Web3 Talent Platform with Proof-of-Talent to help builders verify skills on-chain, build web3 portfolios, and find web3 jobs, as well as web3 companies hire developers and other builders. We publish a community update on our progress once a month. For any questions, join our Discord, reach out to us on Twitter, or ping lopa.eth or kudoser.eth in Kleoverse!

Foreword
February was a month of building. We increased the team size to 9 people (8.5 FTE) and ramped up our product development and marketing processes. We prepared for launching a rebuilt version of our platform (done on 10 March) and minting our Genesis Member NFTs (done on 17-18 March).
Highlights of Feb
- Rebuilt version of our platform designed and built
- Team getting up to speed
- Early signs about strong user interest to high-quality bounties (case examples Aragon and Idle DAO)
- ETHDenver was a blast, plenty of promising relationships formed
Learnings of Feb
- Full-time Blockchain Developer still missing from the team
- Linear user growth
- Too little external action in both product and community sides – more to come in the upcoming months
Help Needed
Share your thoughts with us via Discord or by DM’ing Aleksi (aloytynoja#8504 / TG @aleksiloytynoja) 💚
- Blockchain Developer is our top hiring need, all recommendations welcome. Requirements:
- Built and deployed high-quality smart contracts (preferably on Polygon)
- A few years of general developer experience
- Excited to work in a rapidly changing, mission-driven and highly ambitious startup environment; comfortable with wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of their own work
- Introductions to DAO builders and operators who are thinking about contributor management – or need help with running their bounties
- Support us in our State of DAO Onboarding study: https://qvmhog6v836.typeform.com/to/mKQocMb3
- We’re thinking about how to structure and incentivize our community – which are the leading examples and best practices of building/structuring/incentivizing (web3) communities you’ve come across?
